The farmhouse is located in Zanon, a small locality overlooking the village of San Bernardo. Within a few minutes on foot, you can reach the main services of the village and public transport. Walking among the scent of meadows and the quiet of the woods, you truly feel the magic of the place. The house, independent and surrounded by greenery, extends over four floors. The bedrooms, warm and romantic, are scented with larch wood. In the living area, large windows allow you to feel immersed in the greenery of nature, while the large hand-crafted walnut table invites you to convivial moments, breakfasts with the first rays of sun, and slow dinners illuminated by the sunset. An eclectic spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine, an ideal place for reading, working, playing, or simply dreaming, with a French sofa bed. On the basement floor, you will find a private wellness corner with a Finnish sauna, emotional shower, and relaxation area. Here, among the scents of wood and soft lights, every tension dissolves, leaving room for peace and happiness in the moment. The private garden invites you to relax, with deck chairs under the clear sky, the scent of wood burning in the barbecue, and the possibility to eat outdoors in absolute tranquility. A storage room is available for bicycles and skis, making the farmhouse perfect in every season. The house is energy class AA+: powered by renewable sources and built with local materials such as larch wood and stones from the valley.
